My Music Experience
I have been a part of many music making projects, collaborative and solo.
From leading church services with a worship team, to digital productions in my bedroom.
I'm a self taught piano, guitar, and ukulele player, and professionally trained vocalist.
All other knowledge of music that I have (theory, termonology, technique, emotion, effect, performing, recording, mixing, writing, etc..) came only by many years of enthusiastic trial and error, listening well to numerous musicians, and rigorous online inquisition.
A form of learning greater than any curriculum can offer!
"Voyage Mementos" Album
Released 2026, but comprised of songs ranging
in age from 2014 all the way to 2024,
from different phases of Jordan's young life,
"Voyage Mementos" developed into a concept album after metaphors of "sailing" and
"being the captain of a ship" became an apparent trend in his life. The style of music has many inspirations from CCM to Indie Pop, Rock, and Irish Folk.
I have been writing and composing my own music since 12 years old. I have dabbled with a number of different programs, taken a handful of online courses and masterclasses, and am now using Ableton Live.
I am working continuously in the area of creating music digitally, producing, mixing and distributing records of my own on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon, Pandora, Etc.
I have been doing covers of varying quality on YouTube for many years. Of course, I do not get paid for these covers, and I do not have any rights to these songs professionally.
These are strictly for fun and practice.
Live gigs;
Weddings and Cafes
Nothing comes more natural to me than the tangible, phyiscal side of music.
As I work to grow my digital skills, I am a sucker for just doing the real thing plain and simple.
Allowing myself to make tiny mistakes, interracting with my audience, and putting on a show.
Since highschool I have developed a comfort in the spotlight; from theatre stages, to retirement facilities, to local cafes.

Last but not least:
Corporate worship
For 10+ years I served on various parts of voluntary church worship teams. From playing softly in the background or leading the band on Sunday mornings and evenings, to Youth midweek services, to special events with guest speakers, to summer camps, winter camps, you name it, I was there.
And though I may not be playing for a congregation now, I still take the stance that "music is worship" with me wherever I go.
